Renaissance Living Surrey Hills is very proud to have achieved accreditation under the QIP accreditation scheme.

QIP is a not-for-profit independent provider of community and health services in Australia and uses the Australian Retirement Villages Accreditation Scheme Standards (ARVAS) to assess retirement villages facilities, staff, policies, and procedures.

QIP as the name suggests is geared towards continual quality improvement and innovation, and provides a benchmark for operators and villages in Australia that provides peace of mind for residents and their families as well as a framework for operators and staff to continually improve their village and services.
